By accessing and using the ChymoCarec website (chymocarec.com) and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

ChymoCarec provides English language learning services including but not limited to:

• IELTS preparation courses
• Business English training
• Conversation classes
• Academic English programs
• Online learning resources

3. Registration and Enrollment

To enroll in our courses, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

Course fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payment methods accepted include:

• Credit/debit cards
• Bank transfers
• PayPal

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Students may cancel their enrollment subject to the following conditions:

• Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before course start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before course start date
• No refund if cancelled within 3 days of course start date
• No refund after course commencement

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes punctually and regularly
• Respect instructors and fellow students
• Complete assignments and assessments honestly
• Not disrupt the learning environment
• Follow health and safety guidelines

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of ChymoCarec or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

ChymoCarec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

10. Course Modifications

ChymoCarec reserves the right to:

• Modify course content, schedules, and instructors
• Cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
• Substitute instructors when necessary
• Change course locations with reasonable notice

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your enrollment and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to other students or staff.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
